Our IT Consultants work within Vitabyte and work with clients who are seeking help and advice about business and IT problems. Work as an IT consultant tends to be project based. A typical project could be on a client site working as a business analyst to help gather and define client requirements, such as how their website will look. Or you could be working as part of the development team responsible for building the technical solution for the client. The first role you have is dependent upon the projects that are ongoing at the time and the stages that these projects are in. You will need a keen interest in business and technology and want to work with clients to solve their business problems. You must be meticulous and logical in your work, have excellent problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills. You must also have a flexible attitude to working patterns as periods of working away from home is often required. Technical expertise and previous relevant work experience is unnecessary as we will provide you with all the technical training required. You will begin your Vitabyte career with our new hire induction program, lasting several weeks.
