Vitabyte offers an excellent opportunity for motivated and skilled technicians throughout the country. Our Field Technicians provide on-site field support to customers in the food service and retail industries, performing cabling, installation, repairs, upgrades and maintenance of Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware and software. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are what we desire! Some jobs require overnight work  some travel and occasionally weekend work. Training will be provided for all positions however, basic technical skills are a must.


Network Wiring – Cat5 and Ethernet Cabling
Network Hardware – Hubs, Switches, Network Cards, etc.
Advanced Knowledge of PC’s (Hardware and Software)
Windows and DOS Knowledge
Knowledge of Computer and Electrical Test Equipment
Excellent oral and written communication skills with superior problem-solving and analytical expertise
Good communication and excellent customer service skills, “customer friendly” attitude
Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record


B.A. in Computer sciences
A+, N+, Cisco.
